Please provide container and label drawings or samples, label material, dimensions, application position, required line speed and conveying direction. HZM uses them to confirm the labeling method, handling parts and machine interfaces.
Physical samples are preferred for final engineering. Label thickness, stiffness, shrink ratio or adhesive behavior, together with container shape and surface condition, affect feeding, positioning and application accuracy.
A defined format range can normally be engineered with recipes and change parts. The exact changeover scope is confirmed from every approved container and label sample rather than assumed from nominal dimensions alone.
Yes. HZM can coordinate upstream processing or bottle making with filling, labeling, coding, packaging, conveying and palletizing. Layout, utilities, controls, factory testing, installation, commissioning and training are defined by the agreed project scope.
