A carbonated beverage can filling machine is a piece of equipment used in the beverage industry to package carbonated drinks, such as soda, sparkling water, or beer, into aluminum or tin cans. The primary purpose of this machine is to efficiently and accurately fill cans with the carbonated beverage, seal them, and prepare them for distribution.
This machine is mainly used in carbonated beverage production line.it adopts PLC to control the whole machine operation.The air conveyor or screw unit is used in the inlet part and the chain conveying system in used in the outlet part.The speed can be adjusted and cooperated with the main inverter.This machine is suitable for bottled soda water,csd products etc with capacity range from 4000bph to 36000bph based on 330ml volume.
1.Carbonated Beverage Can Filling Machine adopts electronic filling valve with high-precision flow meter and isobaric filling; the filling valve has the function to exhaust air with carbon dioxide. Low amount of oxygen is produced during the filling operation.
2.All the procedures during the filling process include: air exchange, carbon dioxide back pressure, filling and pressure relief which are all under PLC automatic control.
3.All filling valve sealings are made of bellows or rubber diaphragm. There is no dead corners, which has ensured internal filling valve is sterile. The filling valve is equipped with automatic CIP cleaning cup.
4.The filling machine controls the infeeding and stopping of the cans according to the accumulation of the cans upstream and downstream automatically.
5.The frame platform is of sanitary design. Round tube type filling bowl has no cleaning dead corner. Sanitary valve matrix is adopted for media connection.

Carbonated products must retain dissolved CO2 and control foaming during filling. Counter-pressure operation balances pressure in the container and product circuit; temperature, carbonation level, package and closure remain part of final engineering.
A defined format range can often be supported with recipes and change parts. Compatibility is confirmed from approved drawings or samples because container diameter, height, neck finish, closure and handling stability affect changeover scope.
Yes. HZM can coordinate upstream processing or bottle making with filling, labeling, coding, packaging, conveying and palletizing. Layout, utilities, controls, factory testing, installation, commissioning and training are defined by the agreed project scope.
