Main Process Flow

Bottle Unscrambling: Empty glass bottles are automatically conveyed to the cleaning and disinfection area via a conveyor belt. Cleaning and Disinfection: Thorough cleaning and disinfection of bottles are conducted using high-pressure spraying and high-temperature steam to ensure the hygiene and safety of the bottle interiors. Filling: Carbonated beverages are precisely pumped into the cleaned and disinfected glass bottles to ensure accurate volume for each beverage bottle. Capping: Specialized capping machines are used to seal the filled glass bottles, ensuring the sealing of the bottle necks. Labeling and Coding: Labeling machines and coding machines are utilized for labeling and date coding on the bottles, facilitating product traceability and market management. Finished Product Off-line: Qualified carbonated beverage products are conveyed to the finished product area via a conveyor belt after the above processes, awaiting further packaging and shipment.
