The DXGF60-60-15 combines glass bottle rinsing, isobaric filling and capping for beer and carbonated beverages. Its 60 rinsing stations, 60 filling stations and 15 capping heads provide an output of 18,000 bottles/hour at 500 ml. The machine handles bottles 60–120 mm in diameter and 180–350 mm in height.
Key Highlights
Hygienic Design: SUS 316L stainless steel contact parts, CIP cleaning system.
Precision & Safety: Isobaric filling (±1ml accuracy), magnetic torque capping, anti-breakage buffer mechanisms.
Automation: Touchscreen HMI, PLC control, minimal manual intervention.
Adaptability: Adjustable for various glass bottle sizes without height reconfiguration.
Applications
Primary: Beer, carbonated beverages, juices, and mineral water in glass bottles.
Scale: Ideal for medium-to-large-scale production lines requiring efficiency and hygiene.

Please provide the product recipe or liquid characteristics, container and closure drawings or samples, required sustained output, utilities and factory layout. HZM uses these details to confirm the filling method, machine model and line interfaces.
Carbonated products must retain dissolved CO2 and control foaming during filling. Counter-pressure operation balances pressure in the container and product circuit; temperature, carbonation level, package and closure remain part of final engineering.
A defined format range can often be supported with recipes and change parts. Compatibility is confirmed from approved drawings or samples because container diameter, height, neck finish, closure and handling stability affect changeover scope.
Yes. HZM can coordinate upstream processing or bottle making with filling, labeling, coding, packaging, conveying and palletizing. Layout, utilities, controls, factory testing, installation, commissioning and training are defined by the agreed project scope.
