1. DXGF24-24-8-8 4-in-1 Isobaric Filling Machine

As the core equipment of the production line, it integrates bottle washing, filling and double capping functions into one unit. There is no need to splice multiple additional devices, which greatly saves workshop space and simplifies the production process. Developed based on the improvement of international advanced technology, the equipment is fully adapted to the special filling process of carbonated beverages, preventing carbonation loss from the source and ensuring stable beverage taste.

2. YG-4 Automatic Crown Cap & Pull Ring Cap Capping Machine

Perfectly compatible with the filling machine, it focuses on the final sealing process of beverages. It supports two capping types: crown cap and pull ring cap. With uniform capping force and excellent sealing performance, it can be equipped with an automatic cap sorter and cap elevator to realize automatic cap feeding in order, avoiding inefficiency and sealing risks caused by manual operation.

  • The filling machine supports glass bottles with a height of 150-320mm and a diameter of 50-108mm. When changing bottle types, only accessories such as guide plates and thumb wheels need to be replaced, without adjusting the equipment height.
  • The capping machine is suitable for bottles with a height of 160-320mm and a diameter of 60-100mm, and supports bottle caps with a specification of 20-40mm. The lifting motor automatically adjusts the equipment height, enabling convenient and efficient production changeover.

Precise Technology + Quality Assurance

  • The parts of the filling machine that come into direct contact with materials are made of SUS 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, meeting food hygiene standards. It is also equipped with a CIP (Clean-in-Place) system to ensure no dead corners in cleaning.
  • Adopting isobaric filling technology + high-speed and precise filling valves, the filling speed is fast, the measurement is accurate, and there is no liquid loss. The filling temperature of carbonated beverages is ≤12℃ to retain the sparkling taste.
  • The filling machine is equipped with a constant magnetic torque device, and the capping machine is equipped with a uniform force application mechanism, which ensures tight capping without leakage and avoids damage to bottle caps and bottle bodies.
