Production Process

Bottle Decapping
Empty barrels are steadily conveyed into the decapping machine, which automatically removes the bottle caps.
External Brushing and Washing
The decapped barrels enter the external brush washing machine, where they are thoroughly cleaned with hot alkali and pure water, ensuring full sanitation of the outer surface.
Internal Rinsing, Filling, and Capping
Barrels are then transferred to the integrated rinsing-filling-capping machine. Inside the system, bottles undergo multiple rinsing stages using hot alkali, disinfectant, hot water, and pure water, followed by filling with treated pure water. The machine then automatically caps the bottles.
Shrink Wrapping
After capping, the bottles pass through the shrink packing machine, where cap shrink-sealing ensures hygiene and product integrity during transport.
