This WYH series CO2 saturator is a machine developed by our company on the basis of combining foreign technology. Themachine has the characteristics of accurate mixing, reasonable structure, easy adjustment, and hygiene. High-quality polishedstainless and acid-resistant steel is used in all contact parts with beverages, which meets the requirements of food hygiene. The pipeline adopts a closed system, which can meet the requirements of cleaning and disinfection, and avoid secondary pollution ofmaterials in the process of transportation. This machine is suitable for producing all kinds of carbonated beverages and fruit-flavored gas-containing beverages containing CO2, and can conveniently adjust the production capacity and the mixing ratio of water and syrup.
1.This machine has a compact structure, perfect control system, easy to operate and highly automated.
2.Adjustable pressure of carbonic acid gas: the carbonating pressure in the cooling carbonating tank is decided by the readings of stock tank which can be adjusted by changing the pre-carbonization to form a best condition for filling machine.
3.CO2 Content high: in case of operating the machine at lower temperature, the content of CO2 of products can reach up to 4.5 times.
4. Mixing precision: the white sugar of beverage liquid keep around ±0.05 degrees.
5.Convenience for adjusting: it can adjust the capability and the ratio of water to sugar conveniently without changing the components.
6. High automatization: with micro-machine controlling, it can realize the auto-interlock in the process of production and it will auto-alarm and stop when failures happen.
7.Structure sanitation: the machine adopts device and pipelines made of stainless steel to rinse.

Please provide the beverage recipe, process flow, inlet and outlet conditions, required throughput, cleaning requirements, utilities and plant layout. HZM uses these inputs to define tanks, heat treatment, mixing, piping and controls. The intended application is carbonated soft drinks, soda water and other sparkling beverages.
Product composition, viscosity, temperature, treatment time, hygiene target and downstream filling conditions determine the equipment and control strategy. The final process must be confirmed against the approved recipe and product standard.
Multiple recipes may be supported through suitable tanks, controls and cleaning procedures. Ingredients, thermal sensitivity, allergens, particles and required changeover cleaning must be reviewed for each product.
Yes. HZM can coordinate upstream processing or bottle making with filling, labeling, coding, packaging, conveying and palletizing. Layout, utilities, controls, factory testing, installation, commissioning and training are defined by the agreed project scope.
