Glass bottle juice beverage filling machine has a unique design combining the three parts of bottle washing, filling and capping in one machine to decrease main power, save space and avoid the air pollution among the three parts. It is automatic in total process and suitable for all kinds of fruit juice, tea drinks, energy drinks etc which is used for filling pet bottle. Glass bottle juice filling machine can use hot filling and mid-temperature filling technology according to customer filling process requirements. It also can be used for mineral water, pure water and many other no gas containing drinks.
1.The gripper equipped with high-efficient spray nozzle, it can develop to any position of inside of the bottle, and can save rinsing water. There is a cover above the spray nozzle which can prevent water spilling; and there are regulatory recycle slot and recycle pipes under the nozzles.
2.Adopted Germany IGUS anti-corrosion non-maintaining bearing that can reduce the pollution of filling to the environment.
3.The pressure mechanical valve is introduced the advanced foreign design with a fast filling speed, no hygiene corner pocket, a few sealing parts, and precise liquid level control. The whole filling valve is made of 316L.
4.The filling system has a CIP circulation system to wash the pipeline and fake-cup used for cleaning filling valve. This system can clean the juice pipe, liquid tank and filling valve etc. effectively.
5.The screwing capping head is dual-purpose design; it is suitable for flat cap and sport cap.
6.There are aseptic nozzles between the transition poking wheel and filling parts to rinse the product rested in the bottleneck screw parts.
7.There is a cap-lock cylinder in the joint between the cap-falling guide and poking cap plate. It is realize that no feeding no cap.

Please provide the product recipe or liquid characteristics, container and closure drawings or samples, required sustained output, utilities and factory layout. HZM uses these details to confirm the filling method, machine model and line interfaces. The intended application is juice, tea, energy drinks and other still beverage recipes. The current product specification references 3,000BPH–24,000BPH; final guaranteed output is confirmed against the approved operating conditions.
Hot filling, ambient filling or a pulp-handling configuration is selected from fill temperature, acidity, particle size, viscosity and shelf-life process. The beverage recipe and process flow must be reviewed before model confirmation.
A defined format range can often be supported with recipes and change parts. Compatibility is confirmed from approved drawings or samples because container diameter, height, neck finish, closure and handling stability affect changeover scope.
Yes. HZM can coordinate upstream processing or bottle making with filling, labeling, coding, packaging, conveying and palletizing. Layout, utilities, controls, factory testing, installation, commissioning and training are defined by the agreed project scope.
