  2. Blending: Mix the raw materials and water according to a set formula to achieve the desired taste and color.
  3. Saccharification: Add ingredients such as cinnamon, cloves, peppers, and star anise to the syrup under high temperatures, allowing fermentation to create alcohol, aroma, and taste, enhancing the beverage’s flavor.
  4. Fermentation: Transfer the blended raw materials into a fermentation tank and add yeast. Allow fermentation for a set time, enabling the yeast to create carbon dioxide, which gives the beverage a crisp, fizzy texture.
  5. Filtration: Filter the beverage through a mesh to remove impurities and residues, ensuring a stable taste and quality.
  6. Filling and Sealing: Use an automatic filling machine to fill the filtered beverage into bottles, then seal it with a capping machine to ensure proper sealing and extend the product’s shelf life.
