This all-in-one machine integrates rinsing, filling and capping functions into a single unit. Developed based on advanced international technology and customized for the filling process characteristics of mineral water, pure water and other low-viscosity beverages, it features high automation, stable operation and precise processing, which is the ideal core equipment for bottled drinking water production lines.

Working Process

  1. Bottle Rinsing: Empty bottles are conveyed into the rinsing unit by air conveyor and star wheel. Bottle clamps grip the bottle mouths and flip 180° along the guide rail to make the mouths face down. Special nozzles spray rinsing water to clean the inner walls of bottles. After rinsing and draining, the clamps flip back 180° to restore the bottles to an upright position.
  2. Gravity Filling: Cleaned bottles are transferred to the filling area by star wheel. Neck supporting carrier plates lift the bottles to connect with filling valves stably. Materials are filled into bottles by gravity through the valves, ensuring precise liquid level and zero material loss. After filling, bottles descend and are sent to the capping unit.
  3. Precision Capping: Anti-rotation blades on capping heads hold the bottle necks to prevent rotation and keep bottles upright. Driven by cams, the twist-on capping heads perform revolution and rotation movements, completing the whole capping process including cap picking, placing, twisting and disengaging in one go.
