6,000 BPH PET Bottle Blow Molding Machine Delivered to Indonesia

In October 2025, HZM delivered a fully automatic servo PET bottle blow molding machine to a customer in Indonesia. The complete order included a 6,000 BPH bottle blower, a water treatment system and a diesel forklift.

The customer was introduced by a long-term HZM partner and moved from initial inquiry to confirmed order in approximately one month. Factory inspection was completed before container loading.

Project Requirements

The customer needed in-house PET bottle production at 6,000 BPH together with water-treatment capability and material-handling support. Combining these items in one order helped align the first stages of the future beverage operation.

The bottle blower still needs to be specified from the actual preform, bottle drawing, mold count and available high-pressure air. Nameplate capacity alone cannot confirm bottle quality.

Servo Blow Molding Equipment

Servo systems provide controlled motion for key bottle-forming steps and can support repeatable recipes. Heating, stretching, pre-blowing, final blowing and cooling remain dependent on the preform and bottle design.

A factory trial should check weight, dimensions, wall distribution, visible defects and stable output using production-grade preforms.

Water Treatment and Plant Integration

The water treatment system forms the product-water foundation for a beverage line. Its configuration should be based on a representative raw-water report and required finished-water quality.

Integrating treatment and bottle blowing also requires utility planning for feed water, drainage, low- and high-pressure air, cooling water and electrical load.

Factory Inspection and Loading

Before shipment, HZM completed factory inspections intended to confirm machine condition and readiness. The project images and video document the equipment and container-loading process.

International packing and an accurate list of molds, change parts and loose components help the customer prepare for installation after the shipment reaches Indonesia.

Customer Acquisition Through Referral

The customer came through an existing partner who already understood HZM’s products and service. A referral can shorten the commercial decision, but technical review and acceptance remain necessary for the new customer’s bottle and plant.

Completing inquiry-to-order in one month shows responsive coordination between sales, engineering and the buyer.

What This Project Demonstrates

This delivery demonstrates HZM’s ability to combine bottle production, water treatment and supporting plant equipment for an Indonesian project. It also shows the business value of partner referrals earned through previous cooperation.

For installation planning, the customer should confirm high- and low-pressure air capacity, air quality, cooling-water temperature, preform storage, mold-lifting arrangements and bottle-transfer height. These details determine whether the blow molder can reproduce the factory trial after it is connected at the Indonesian site.
