12,000 BPH Pure Water Filling Line Shipped to Ethiopia
An Ethiopian customer ordered a 12,000 BPH pure water filling line from HZM in January 2020 to expand production. The company was already operating a 15,000 BPH water line and selected HZM for the additional project after an established cooperation.
This case records the relationship from an exhibition introduction and factory visit through technical communication, manufacturing inspection and international shipment.

A Repeat-Customer Capacity Project
The new 12,000 BPH line was the customer's second bottled-water investment in the relationship. Existing operating experience gave the buyer a practical basis for judging equipment performance and service before adding capacity.
Expansion still required the new line to be matched with available treated water, factory space, power, compressed air and downstream packaging.
From Exhibition Contact to Factory Visit
HZM and the customer first met through an industry exhibition. After online communication for the new project, the customer visited the HZM factory, reviewed the machines and compared potential suppliers.
A factory visit helps a buyer assess manufacturing organization, assembly quality, test capability and technical communication instead of relying only on quotations.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
HZM technicians checked the machinery before loading so it would leave the factory in the agreed condition. For an overseas water line, inspection should cover mechanical completion, electrical functions, safety devices, change parts and available dry-run testing.
Items that cannot be proved without site water or commercial packaging materials should be listed for commissioning rather than treated as automatically accepted.

Packing and Delivery to Ethiopia
International packing protects the equipment during lifting, sea transport and inland delivery. Parts should be labeled against the packing list, and sensitive components need suitable protection from movement and moisture.
The three project images preserve the actual loading and equipment record, giving buyers evidence that this was a real shipment rather than a generic production-line description.
What This Project Demonstrates
This case demonstrates HZM's ability to earn repeat business and manage the pre-shipment phase of a bottled-water expansion project. It also shows the value of exhibitions, reference experience and factory inspection in an international equipment purchase.
The customer country, existing 15,000 BPH line and new 12,000 BPH project are all drawn directly from the original record, keeping the case specific and credible.
Before a comparable shipment, the buyer should verify building access, unloading equipment, container arrival route, power, compressed air, treated-water supply and packaging materials. Completing this work while the equipment is in transit shortens the interval between delivery and productive commissioning.
For a related configuration, review HZM's bottled-water production line configurations. A project proposal should always be confirmed against the actual product, package, utilities, layout and required output.
