5-Gallon Filling Line and 15 T/H RO System Shipped to Ethiopia

HZM shipped three containers of water-production equipment to Ethiopia after factory debugging and customer acceptance. The documented package included a 600 bottles-per-hour 5-gallon filling line and a 15-ton-per-hour reverse-osmosis water treatment system.

Project Equipment Scope

The line includes an automatic decapper, external bottle washer, rinsing-filling-capping triblock, sleeve-label shrinking equipment with a steam generator and connecting conveyors. These stages address the special needs of large returnable containers.

The RO system supplies treated water for the bottling operation, while the 5-gallon line prepares used bottles, fills them and applies the closure and label.

Why 5-Gallon Bottle Preparation Matters

Returnable 5-gallon bottles can arrive with old caps, labels and external contamination. Decapping and outside washing therefore occur before internal washing and filling. The exact washing sequence and chemical conditions should be validated against bottle condition and local hygiene requirements.

Water Treatment and Filling Capacity
