Project Objective

Technology Used in the Line
The project used a full-servo blow molding machine with changeable-pitch technology, an updated filling valve design and labeling and packaging equipment selected for line compatibility.
Servo control supports repeatable bottle-forming motion, while changeable pitch can help adapt the blowing process and transfer arrangement to the required mold configuration. Actual performance still depends on the preform, bottle design and available high-pressure air.
Installation During a Difficult Service Period
The project was completed during the global COVID-19 period, when international site access and workforce planning were unusually difficult. HZM maintained the commitment to send experienced engineers for installation, debugging and operator training.
That on-site support was important because remote guidance cannot fully replace alignment, product trials and hands-on training for a new complete line.

Commissioning covered machine positioning, utility connection, synchronization, container transfer and controlled speed increase. Moving into trial production allowed the team to observe the line with real bottles, water, labels and film.
