We provide a complete bottled purified water production line, including a mineral water three-in-one filling machine. Users can choose aesthetically pleasing bottled water from the market according to their preferences. When designing bottle molds, we can refer to existing products in the market, but direct replication is not allowed. Our fully automatic mineral water production line is suitable for bottles ranging from 350 milliliters to 2 liters, with strong versatility requiring only minor component replacements. Each bottle type corresponds to a mold, but it is essential to ensure that all bottle neck specifications are the same. When changing bottle types, the blowing mold, which is relatively time-consuming, requires several people to operate due to its weight. Therefore, we recommend customers to use aviation aluminum molds, which are lightweight, have high processing accuracy, and produce smoother bottle surfaces, albeit at slightly higher prices. In the entire production line, no adjustment is needed for the empty bottle air duct, and only simple adjustments are required internally for the filling machine based on the guide plate and bottle output device. The height of the printing machine's nozzle adjusts according to the bottle height, while the labeling machine requires sleeve replacement, with each bottle type corresponding to a set of sleeve mold. The sleeve-type heat shrink film wrapping machine requires only minor adjustments without replacing components, making the entire production line operation convenient.

Bottled Water Production

Our mineral water three-in-one filling machine mainly includes three functions: bottle rinsing, normal pressure filling, and capping. This fully automated equipment is suitable for producing purified water in capacities such as 350 milliliters, 500 milliliters, 1 liter, and 1.5 liters. Water is the source of life, and we cannot live without it every day. Through a series of filtering and sterilization processes, natural water resources are transformed into healthy and sterile drinking water, benefiting both present and future generations.

The fully automatic blowing machine blows bottle preforms into bottles, with the outlet directly connected to the air duct, allowing empty bottles to enter the air duct smoothly and then proceed to the three-in-one filling machine. Compared to semi-automatic production lines, full automation saves labor, with only one person needed to pour bottle preforms into the preform hopper. The filling machine's three major functions include rinsing, filling, and capping, collectively referred to as a three-in-one filling machine. The rinsing process uses finished mineral water, and since purified water, spring water, and mineral water are all non-carbonated and have low viscosity, a normal pressure filling valve is used, with the cylinder in a non-sealed state. Different beverages adopt different filling principles. After undergoing inspection and strong air drying, finished purified water enters the labeling machine and film wrapping machine for packaging.

Mineral water production mainly employs ultrafiltration or nanofiltration technology, achieving filtration accuracy of 0.005-0.01 micrometers through screening principles. Pretreatment typically includes quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, and precision filters, with tank bodies made of 304 stainless steel and welded using edge-welding technology, both internally and externally polished, capable of withstanding high pressure without leakage.

After capping, the finished purified water is outputted by the conveyor chain plate, undergoes lamp inspection, where under incandescent light, manual visual inspection checks for impurities, and rejects any non-conforming products. Subsequently, it enters a high-powered air dryer to dry the bottle surface, mainly relying on fans, with the layout of air knives crucial for effective drying, facilitating subsequent printing and labeling. Laser printers are commonly used nowadays, requiring slightly thicker bottle bodies but offering excellent engraving effects and clarity. It then proceeds to the labeling machine and film wrapping machine to apply labels and package them into units such as 12 bottles/pack or 24 bottles/pack. The power consumption of the labeling machine and film wrapping machine accounts for the majority, around 23KW each. When purchasing equipment, simply provide us with information on source water quality, bottle capacity, and hourly production speed, and we can provide a basic estimate.

The full bottled purified water production line, with the mineral water three-in-one filling machine, also includes a fully automatic PE film heat shrink packaging machine for automated packaging operations. It can package finished spring water into units such as 24 bottles/pack or 9 bottles/pack. The machine consists mainly of a front-end buffer conveyor, automatic arrangement packaging head, high-temperature heat shrink furnace, cooling system, and non-powered drum device. Small to medium-sized spring water production lines commonly use L-shaped fully automatic film wrapping machines, with production capacities reaching 8-10 packs/minute. The entire machine operates automatically, requiring only manual handling of finished products, leaving circular openings at both ends of the packaged unit, known in the industry as sleeve-type packaging machines, facilitating consumer handling.
