What are the situations in which the beverage filling machine has inaccurate filling or does not discharge?

Beverage Filling Machines

Beverage filling machines are divided into timed filling and fixed-volume filling, and they are only suitable for filling low-viscosity non-gaseous liquids such as milk, liquor, and mineral water. So, do you know what situations can cause inaccurate filling or failure to discharge in beverage filling machines?

The situations in which the beverage filling machine has inaccurate filling or does not discharge are as follows:

  1. The magnetic switch may be loose; please tighten it after adjusting the threshold.
  2. Check if there are any foreign objects inside the quick-connect three-way control valve. If there are any, please clean it. Also, check if there is any air inside the quick-connect three-way control valve and the rubber tube of the filling head.
  3. Inspect all the sealing rings to see if any are damaged. If any are damaged, replace them with spare parts.
  4. Check if the valve core of the filling nozzle is stuck or opens too slowly. If there is any obstruction, reposition the valve core properly.
  5. The tightening force of the upper and lower springs inside the quick-connect three-way control valve may be too high, causing the non-return valve to remain closed.
  6. The filling speed might be too fast; adjust the filling speed throttle valve to lower the filling speed.
  7. Ensure all clamps and rubber tube fasteners are sealed properly; correct any issues if found.
  8. Check if the speed throttle valve and the filling interval throttle valve are closed. The throttle valves should not be completely shut.

The above-mentioned situations are the main reasons for inaccurate filling or failure to discharge in beverage filling machines. To resolve such issues, we should address the specific mechanical faults of our filling machines and promptly deal with any problems that arise.

PET Bottles Burst During Blowing or Pressure Test

Stop and identify whether failure starts at a material-thin zone, a preform defect, a damaged mould surface, excessive pressure or incomplete cooling. Preserve cavity-coded fragments and pressure data. Follow this practical fault-isolation, repair and prevention guide for bottling-line operators and maintenance teams.

RO Differential Pressure Keeps Rising: Fouling Location Matters

Locate the stage where pressure loss is increasing and relate it to normalized flow and salt passage. A first-stage rise often points to particulate or biological fouling; a later-stage rise can indicate scale, but feed analysis is required. Why Do Filling Valves Drip After the Bottle Leaves?

Dripping usually comes from contamination on the valve seat, worn or swollen seals, trapped pressure, incorrect closing timing or product viscosity outside the setup window. Identify whether the leak follows one valve or the entire filler. Follow this practical fault-isolation, repair and prevention guide for bottling-line operators and maintenance teams.
