Function Description

Carbonated Beverage Isobaric Filling Machine

The bottles enter the carbonated beverage filling machine through the air duct under the action of wind, and are sent to the star wheel by the bottle distributor. The star wheel grips the bottle and rotates it to the bottle washing section. The bottle neck is clamped by the washing clamp and flipped over to wash the inside of the bottle according to the bottle washing machine guide rail. The clean and drained filling bottle is sent to the filling section through the star wheel. The lifting cylinder clamps the bottle block to lift the bottle neck and rise to the centering device. Then, the bottle is lifted to the lower part of the filling valve and pressed tightly. The filling valve is automatically opened for filling according to the program. After filling, the bottle is sent to the capping section through the star wheel. The capping clamp plate grips the bottle neck for capping, and then the filled and capped beverage bottle is sent to the conveyor belt through the star wheel. This completes the entire process of rinsing, filling, and capping.
