Full electrical servo type blow molding machine is mainly used for all kinds of plastic bottle pre-form stretching. Far-infrared lamps are heat source, through servo motor driving chain to make pre-forms turning around for heating. Then performs go into mold and blowing into bottle by high pressure air.
Blowing machines parts should be smoothly running, action coordinated, precise mould closing, sensitive reaction and clear and accurate instructions. And these parts can cooperate with mould into qualified products. Adopting touch screen operation and running state is clear.
Main electrical components (touch screen, etc) adopts famous-brand products, power cylinder mainly adopts FESTO, SMC, Parker etc assuring its stability and durable.
1.The continuous rotating preform feeding system is tightly combined with the machine platform, which effectively reduces the area occupied by the machine platform. The preform has no overturn and with simple structure.
2.Continuous heating system, the heating pitch between each preform is 38 mm, which can effectively use the lamp tube heating space, highly improved the heating efficiency.
3.Servo motor is used to ensure high-speed operation and precise positioning.

These details determine the mold, heating, blowing and auxiliary-equipment configuration. The current product specification references 2,000BPH–18,000BPH; final guaranteed output is confirmed against the approved operating conditions.
Bottle geometry, volume, preform weight, material distribution, cavity count, heating time and compressed-air capacity all affect stable output. The committed performance is confirmed after reviewing the approved bottle and preform.
Often yes within an engineered range, using suitable molds and change parts. Each bottle and preform combination must be checked because neck finish, heating profile, stretch ratio and air demand can differ.
