Brief Introduction

The energy drinks beverage production line can meet the technical requirements for hot filling 85-90 ℃. The filling valve and material inlet and outlet pipelines have no sanitary dead space. At the same time, it is equipped with CIP system.

The equipment adopts magnetic torque type capping head to realize the functions of cathcing and screwing the cap. The capping torque can be adjusted.

It is equipped with a perfect material return system, which can also realize independent air return during the return process without contacting with materials, reducing the secondary pollution and oxidation of materials.

This equipment is not only suitable for the production of functional beverages but can also be applied to the production of various other drinks, including pure water and mineral water filling production lines.
